In response to the client’s need for a customer-facing portal, client faced challenges in creating user-specific landing pages, generating reports comprehensible to convenience store owners, establishing a data refresh pipeline for real-time updates, and implementing a secure user authentication key for Tableau access. The goal was to build a seamlessly integrated platform that enhanced user experience and facilitated easy understanding of loyalty program reports.
